DAY 5

DAY 5 (Group C)

Today we’re on the same schedule as yesterday, but will focus on the section(s) in Group C – the sections you feel comfortable with but do not perform well on. You may have prior experiences with these sections in Group C, but don’t overlook these questions. Some GMAT questions may seem easy, but don’t be fooled! They often require much more thinking if you want to answer them correctly. Often, people can improve their scores in Group C by learning to be careful. I hope that you also do that today, and practice being patient with questions that appear simple.

Again, spend 10% of your time on Test Preparation, 50% on taking the Practice Test, and 40% on the Test Review.

Thought for Day 5.

If you find yourself getting distracted during the test, will yourself to concentrate even more. Concentration is a skill that needs work, but you can exercise it.

If you feel that something is attracting your attention that needs handling right away, have a break and deal with it. Remind yourself that you can concentrate when you have to. You can do it!

By circling all the questions on the test that gave you trouble, you are preparing and learning in a methodical and effective way. This beats the test takers who employ no rhyme or reason to their studies. You’re kicking ass already!
